Returns and Refunds

As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the details, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If a refund is issued, we aim to process it within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in cases of product defect, damage, or incorrect shipment.
